I didn't know it at the time, but I was deep in the denial and delusion phases of co-dependency with my husband who was an alcoholic. Jules created a safe, intentional space for us to gather and share. She prepared handouts with thoughtful journalprompts, easing us into the conversation. Combined with gentle yoga and chakra-centered themes, the program opened my mind up to finally ask the deeper questions: why do I drink? And does drinking actually align with my values? Turns out the answer is no. And I am so grateful I was able to explore that with Jules.
