  • 9:30am  Breakfast Buffet 
  • Enjoy Free time to unwind, read, or swim
  • 11am Intro to Meditations Workshop
  • 12 Lunch
  • 1pm HITT (High Intensity Interal Training)
  • 3pm Smudge Making Class
  • 5pm Dinner
  • 7:30 Yoga Nidra
  • 9pm Silent time

Why this Retreat? 

I created this retreat because I know what it is like to feel lost, frustrated and purposeless in this crazy, messed-up world.

I have learned how powerful it is to be seen and held in a space where you can slow down, reconnect, and be reminded of the joys in moving your body and the pleasures of a simple life. And I would love nothing more than to share these spaces with you.
