Where is the Retreat?

Over 66 million years ago, a giant meteor known as "Chicxulub" crashed into the ocean, with a force so powerful it would create the Yucutan Penisula. This force created a crater over 110 miles wide, forming a ring of fractured mountain ranges as well a wide network of gorgeous blue lake cenotes hidden underground.

Join us in a beach house on the cusp of Chicxulub Peurto, Mexico, a sleepy fishing village nesteled amongst some of the most beautiful Cenotes in the world.

What people have been saying

I can't believe how much my life has shifted since I took your program. I didn't know it at the time, but I was deep in the denial and delusion phases of co-dependency with my husband who was an alcoholic. I was using wine every night as a way to continue to stay in denial. I was letting my own health and sanity slip away because I didn't want to have to face the fact that I'd married an alcoholic, again.

Soberish was the first step of a year-long journey for me learning more about alcoholism and the enabler role I was playing in the progression of the disease. It was the first time I talked about my situation out loud, even though I didn't share too many details because I still felt ashamed and wanted to protect my husband's (our) secret.

Your Soberish program gave me a safe space to begin the work of looking at what was actually happening in my life. The loving and supportive community that formed in the class showed me how many other people in our community were curious about their relationship with alcohol and what role it played in their various phases of life.

Even though everyone's story was different, I learned that I wasn't alone. I am forever grateful for you and the Soberish program you have put together.

Soberish was the perfect reset I needed to start my alcohol-free journey. The program encourages us to pause, and figure out our true motivates behind reaching for that drink.

Jules created a safe, intentional space for us to gather and share. She prepared handouts with thoughtful journal prompts, easing us into the conversation. Combined with gentle yoga and chakra-centered themes, the program opened my mind up to finally ask the deeper questions: why do I drink? And does drinking actually align with my values?
Turns out the answer is no. And I am so grateful I was able to explore that with Jules.
